I chose Toby Locke construction because they had been recommended to me as a good general contractor. Having lost my entire first floor due to a flood caused by the February ice and snow storm, I was concerned that I would get a new, inexperienced contractor. So many of my neighbors had issues with their subcontractors and general contractors, but Toby and his crews performed superior work and on budget. Everything was done professionally, and I couldn’t recommend Toby Locke construction more highly.
